At Giftotive, all products are made to order and created especially for each customer. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality designs while maintaining consistent quality across our collections.

Because items are produced after purchase, production and delivery times may vary depending on product type and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (U.S. time), excluding major U.S. holidays.

Once your order is placed, it will enter production within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time (U.S. Orders)

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 7–20 business days, including production and shipping.

Typical timeframes:

Standard Products (7–12 business days total)

  • Production: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping: 4–9 business days

Examples include:
T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, mugs, posters, canvas prints, blankets, and ornaments.

Specialty Products (10–20 business days total)

  • Production: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping: 7–15 business days

Examples include:
All-over-print apparel, jerseys, pajamas, leather goods, home décor items, and other specialty designs.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

  • Some large or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

International delivery times vary by location and may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment.

If your tracking has not updated after this period, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Giftotive is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before shipment.
