Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing and Tracking

We’ll carefully process, pack, and ship your order to the address you provide. Since our gifts are made on demand, all orders are fulfilled manually – don’t worry, we’ve got it covered!

Customs Fees

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are your responsibility as the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on your country’s policies. Shipping Address

We ship to the address you provide, not the person on the order, so please double-check your address at checkout! If your order is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can’t issue a refund. You can update your address within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at all@giftotive.com. After that, you’ll need to contact your local post office to resolve the issue.

What If My Order Is Lost?

If your order is lost, we’ll make it right! Email us at all@giftotive.com with your order number, and we’ll review your case within 2-3 business days. If confirmed lost, we’ll either reship your order or issue a full refund – your choice!
