Return Eligibility
Time Limits
- You must submit a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
→ Day 1 = the date your tracking shows “delivered”.
- Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
- Returns received outside this window may be rejected.
Split shipment? The clock starts from the delivery date of your final package.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible, returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or signs of use
- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging (when possible)
- Clean and securely packaged for return shipping
Items that are worn, washed, damaged by customer care, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following are not eligible for refund or return:
- Intimates / Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Jewelry
- Beauty products
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
- Bulk orders (10+ items) after order approval
- Orders returned due to failed delivery (if customer doesn’t respond to carrier within 5 business days)
For hygiene and operational reasons, these items are final sale, no exceptions.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at:

Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for return (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, etc.)
- Photos (if applicable, e.g., for damaged or defective items)
Tip: The more details you provide, the faster we can help!
What Happens Next?
- We’ll review your request within 48 business hours.
- If eligible, we’ll email you:
- Return approval
- Our return shipping address
- Any special instructions
- Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.
- Once we receive it, we’ll inspect and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
All returns require prior approval. Do not ship items back without our confirmation, unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).
- For returns over $75, we recommend using tracked & insured shipping.
- Unauthorized or improperly packaged returns may be declined or incur a 20% restocking fee.
If We Made a Mistake
We stand by our quality. If you receive:
- Wrong item
- Damaged package
- Manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric flaw, etc.)
→ Email us immediately at support@giftotive.com with:
- Your order number
- 2–3 clear photos of the issue
We’ll replace it at no cost, no return needed in most cases.
Exchanges & Cancellations
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
→ To get a different size/color: return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
- Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.
→ Email us with your order number. No cancellations after shipment.
Important Notes
- Always review our size guide before ordering.
- We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation.
- No refunds for change of mind after 7 days.
- All returns require prior authorization, unauthorized returns will be refused.
