Refund Policy

At Giftotive, we’re dedicated to creating meaningful gifts that bring joy to your loved ones. We’ve outlined our refund policy below to ensure a smooth and fair experience for you.

When Can I Get a Refund?

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it and receive a full refund. After this time, your order is in production and can’t be canceled.
  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost during shipping, we’ll either reship your order or issue a full refund – your choice!
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., a printing error), we’ll replace it for free. We don’t offer refunds in these cases, but we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Note: We’re confident in our product quality, so we can’t offer refunds for quality concerns, as expectations may vary. However, we’ll replace any item with a printing error for free!

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Email us at all@giftotive.com with your order number and details (photos of the issue help for damaged/defective items).
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, submit your claim within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days. If approved:
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
    • Replacements will be shipped at no cost to you, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label if we need the original item returned.

Exchanges

We don’t accept direct returns or exchanges due to high shipping costs. Instead, we’ll provide a discount coupon for you to place a new order with the size or design you want. Email us at all@giftotive.com to get your coupon!

Customs Fees

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are your responsibility as the recipient. If you don’t pay the customs fees, your package may be held or destroyed, and we can’t issue a refund. For more details, see our FAQs.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We ship to the address you provide, so please double-check it at checkout! If your order is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can’t issue a refund. You can update your address within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at all@giftotive.com. After that, you’ll need to contact your local post office to resolve the issue.

Shipping Delays and Your Refund
