• Currently, Duddu only supports one skin color option — Light Nougat (as shown in the main picture).
  Please note that facial hair (such as beards or mustaches) cannot be customized at this time.
  Additional skin tone options are under development.

• The item requires 2-3 business days for design and production.

• The selection of photos is the beginning of the design of the Brick Figures, upload the front, full body, clear, no cover, wearing bright colors, patterned figure photos will be a better choice.

• The scope of customization includes the character’s hairstyle, expression, conventional accessories and so on. For complex accessories may not be well restored, we will try to restore within the structure of the building blocks for you.

• The size is the stature of the person standing from head to toe, isn’t the actual height of the person while sitting or lying.

Because this product is a customized item, it is specially and uniquely made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned to be resold again.

• If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and the design and production has not started yet, a refund will be available.

• If you request a refund “AFTER” design has started, only 50% refund will be available.

• If you request a refund “AFTER” production has started, please understand that a refund or return of a product will not be available.

• Note: All Brick Figures and scene accessories are packaged and designed separately, so assembly instructions are provided separately. Please assemble them according to the instructions after receiving the items.
