This product is a customized item, it is specially and uniquely made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned to be resold again.

• If you request a refund “AFTER” design has started, only 50% refund will be available
• If you request a refund “AFTER” production has started, please understand that a refund or return of a product will not be available.
