ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION

– Cancellations: We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

– Modifying the order: If you need to modify your order (e.g., shipping address, product details), please contact our Customer Support team at all@giftotive.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, modification requests beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated as the order is already in production.

DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT/ DAMAGED/ STOLEN/ LOST ITEM

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if your package is lost or stolen, please email us at all@giftotive.com with your order number and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement.
Note: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
