Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, we’ll do our best to accommodate any address changes within 12 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to us at all@giftotive.com as soon as possible. After this period, we may no longer be able to modify your order, as it will already be in process.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our tracking page or contacting Customer Service at all@giftotive.com. Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier’s system due to processing times. Please check back shortly after if your tracking number is not available immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can only be accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email us at all@giftotive.comimmediately. After this time, the order cannot be canceled as it is already being processed.

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us at all@giftotive.com with your order number and details. We’ll arrange a free replacement as soon as possible. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
