How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take to ship my order?

For US, AU, EU, BR, and IL, expect 7-22 days (2-5 days processing, 5-17 days shipping). For CA and NZ, expect 10-19 days (2-5 days processing, 8-11 days shipping). Check our Shipping Information page for more details!

Will my order arrive in time for a special occasion?

We’ll do our best! Orders take 7-22 days for most regions, so please order early for holidays like Easter or Christmas. Delays may occur during peak seasons or events like strikes – we’ll notify you if there’s an issue. Need it sooner? Email us at all@giftotive.com!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if it’s within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us at all@giftotive.com right away! After that, we can’t update it as your order will be in production.

What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

We ship to the address you provide, so please double-check it! If it’s incorrect, we can’t issue a refund. Contact your local post office to update the address, or email us at all@giftotive.com within 12 hours to correct it.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering. Email us at all@giftotive.com right away! After that, your order is in production and can’t be canceled.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link a few days after ordering. Tracking may take 1-2 days to update. You can also email us at all@giftotive.com for help!

How do I customize my gift?

It’s easy! Upload your photo or message on the product page, and we’ll create a one-of-a-kind gift just for you.

What about customs fees?

Customs fees are your responsibility. If you don’t pay them, your package may be held or destroyed, and we can’t issue a refund. Contact your local customs office for more details!

This could be due to:

Can I return or exchange my order?

We don’t accept direct returns or exchanges due to high shipping costs. Instead, we’ll provide a discount coupon for a new order. If your product has a printing error, we’ll replace it for free. Email us at all@giftotive.com to resolve any issues!

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

Refunds are only available if you cancel within 1 hour of ordering or if your product has a printing error. We don’t offer refunds for quality concerns, as we ensure high standards. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Email us at all@giftotive.com for help!
