Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Alaska and Hawaii included.
We don’t offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day (depending on the time you place your order).
Once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: arrives in 5–11 business days

  • Express Shipping: arrives in 2–6 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Please note: delivery times exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Unfulfilled” means your order has been received but hasn’t shipped yet.
Our team is either processing it or preparing it for dispatch.
Once it’s shipped, your order status will change to “Fulfilled”, and you’ll receive your tracking information by email.

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at support@giftotive.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll resend your order or issue a full refund immediately.
We always respond within 3–5 business days (and never more than 5).

Payment Information

We accept PayPal as our primary payment method.
Through PayPal, you can pay using:

  • Your PayPal balance

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)

  • Your linked bank account (via eCheck, which may take 3–5 business days to clear)

You don’t need a PayPal account, you can also check out as a guest using your credit card through PayPal’s secure system.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal, which uses advanced encryption and fraud protection to keep your information safe.
We never store or have access to your card or banking details.

Yes! You can apply a coupon or discount code at checkout.
Simply enter your code in the “Discount Code” field before completing your purchase, and the discount will be applied automatically.

If your payment doesn’t go through, try the following steps:

  1. Double-check your card or bank information in PayPal.

  2. Ensure your billing address matches the one on file with your bank.

  3. Contact your bank, as some may block online transactions by default.

Ordering & Payment

All product details, including materials, fit, sizing, and care instructions — are listed on each product page under the “Details” and “Care” tabs.
We recommend reviewing care instructions before washing to keep your pieces looking their best.

  • Applying: Enter your code in the “Discount” field at checkout.

  • Limitations: Only one code per order. Codes may exclude sale items or have minimum spend requirements.

  • Not working? Double-check spelling, expiration date, and eligibility. If it still fails, email us at support@giftotive.com .

  • Changes (address, size, etc.): Possible only if your order hasn’t shipped.

  • Cancellations: Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once shipped: Changes/cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return eligible items after delivery.

We welcome bulk and wholesale inquiries for retailers, businesses, and organizations.

  • Minimum order: 10+ units

  • No public discount codes, all bulk pricing is custom-quoted based on quantity, design, and delivery needs

  • Samples: Available upon request (may incur a small fee, refundable on bulk order)

We’ll respond within 48 hours with a personalized quote.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! If you receive a damaged item, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product, please email us at support@giftotive.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and 2–3 clear photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item at no cost, and in most cases, no return is needed.

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, simply return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
After that, please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
