Auftragsänderungen und Stornierung

1.Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order for a full 100% refund within 24 hours of placing the order (before production starts).
• After 24 hours, production has already begun on your custom item, so cancellation is no longer possible. In this case we will happily issue you a 20–40% discount code for your next order.

2. Order Modifications (address, design, size, etc.)

• You can request changes to your order within 12 hours of purchase.
• After 12 hours, the order is already in production and cannot be modified.

3. Defective / Damaged / Incorrect / Lost Items

You are entitled to a free replacement or full refund if:

• There is a printing or manufacturing error
• The item is damaged during shipping (photos required)
• We sent the wrong item or wrong design
• The package is lost in transit

Conditions:

• Report the issue within 30 days from the delivery date
• Send clear photos or video to support@giftotive.com along with your order number
• We will reply and resolve within 48 hours (usually 12–24 hours)

We do not cover: change of mind, customer-uploaded low-resolution files, normal color variations (10–20 %), or items that have been used/washed.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All import duties, taxes, VAT and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned or destroyed, we will issue a refund minus original + return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

• • Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, reshipping is at the customer’s expense or we will refund minus original + return shipping costs.
