Cancellation & Modification Policy

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION
  • Cancellations: We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
  • Modifying the order: If you need to modify your order (e.g., shipping address, product details), please contact our Customer Support team at all@giftotive.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, modification requests beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated as the order is already in production.
DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT/ DAMAGED/ STOLEN/ LOST ITEM

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if your package is lost or stolen, please email us at all@giftotive.com with your order number and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement.

Note: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

CUSTOMS FEES
  • All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s policies.
  • If the customs fee is charged on your package, you will be notified to do the clearance for your package. If you don’t pay for that fee, your package will be hold at the customs office or destroyed and we are unable to do anything in this situation as well as no refund.
