Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Giftotive, we’re here to help you create meaningful gifts with ease. We understand plans can change, so we’ve outlined our policies on cancellations, modifications, and more below to ensure a smooth experience.

Cancellations

We know plans can change! However, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, you can only cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, your order is in production and can’t be canceled. To cancel, email us at all@giftotive.com right away!

Order Modifications

Need to change your order (like the shipping address or product details)? Please email our Customer Support team at all@giftotive.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we can’t make changes as your order will already be in production.

Defective, Incorrect, Damaged, Stolen, or Lost Items

If your item arrives defective, incorrect, damaged, or if your package is lost or stolen, we’ll make it right! Here’s what to do:

  • Email us at all@giftotive.com with your order number and details (photos of the issue help!).
  • Submit your claim within 7 days of delivery – we can’t process requests after this time.
  • We’ll review your claim within 2-3 business days and arrange a free replacement if approved.

Note: For defective or damaged items, you may need to return the product to us at no cost to you. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

What If I Don’t Receive My Order Due to an Incorrect Address?

We ship to the address you provide, so please double-check it at checkout! If your order is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can’t issue a refund. You can update your address within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at all@giftotive.com. After that, you’ll need to contact your local post office to resolve the issue.

Customs Fees

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are your responsibility as the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on your country’s policies. If you don’t pay the customs fees, your package may be held or destroyed, and we can’t issue a refund. For more details, see our FAQs.

Shipping Delays and Your Order

Our cancellation and modification policies are based on the time you place your order, not the delivery date. Shipping typically takes 7-22 days depending on your location, and delays (like during holidays) don’t affect these policies. For more on shipping, see our FAQs.
