Covered by Our 30-Day Policy

If your order meets any of the following conditions, you’re eligible for a free replacement or full refund:

Damaged or defective product: Includes misprints, production issues, or damage during transit.
Wrong item received: The product differs from your order (e.g., wrong design, size, or color).
Lost package with carrier confirmation: The carrier confirms your package was lost in transit.
Missing items from your order.

To be eligible, you must submit a request within:

  • 30 days from the date of delivery, or

  • 45 days from the order date (if no tracking update or unclear delivery status).

Not Covered by Our Policy

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

❌ Requests made after the 30-day window.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received (unless a loss confirmation is provided).
❌ Incorrect shipping address, product, or custom details entered by the customer at checkout.
❌ Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., design not as expected, change of mind).
❌ Items damaged by improper use, storage, or care after delivery.

Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your order:

1️⃣ Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) for delivery details or GPS proof.
2️⃣ If they confirm the package is lost or misdelivered, email the documentation to all@giftotive.com.
3️⃣ We’ll issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

Without carrier confirmation of loss, we’re unable to reship or refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Up to 10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
